What is KABALAYAN?

"Kabalayan" is a brand that seeks to establish an affordable housing franchise, though latest technology bringing the construction in the factory off-site using state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to maintain high quality standard and significantly reduce the project timeline by more than half of the conventional method of construction. It also eliminates environmental impact and construction wastage during on-site construction.   Premiumlands Corp. shall design, build, manage, and brand the developments under the unified identity. The franchise model will enable investor to leverage the proponent's expertise, architectural design and innovative building solutions to create hi-quality, marketable housing projects in various location in the country. Though this franchise model, a target of 500,000 to 1 million housing units can be constructed within 5 years, addressing the currently housing backlogs of the Philippines.
